Goodnight Loving Vodka actually launched late fall 2018 at the historic Austin Motel. Sadly, I was out of town and unable to attend. They started distribution in select liquor stores and bars around town. In late February, the Vodka Garden and Tasting Room previewed to media, friends, family and Influencers with an afternoon of fabulous weather, vintage decor and that wonderful vodka juice.
Made of 2 parts craft and 1 part nostalgia, this six times distilled local vodka is great for mixing into my go-to vodka tonics. My gal pal, Chica About Town and I had a fantabulous time! The weather was perfect, cocktails were flowing and we made many new friends – including the precious mini goats on-site for the kiddos.
The Goodnight Loving Vodka Garden and Tasting Room is located in Dripping Springs just off of Fitzhugh Road and opened to the public about a month ago. I hosted a vodka tour bus before they were officially open and we were treated to savory cocktails and the experience of bottling our own product. Was so cool! This vodka is perfect for a classic vodka martini, bloody mary or my go-to vodka tonic.
Bringing back the 60’s cocktail culture nostalgia, you can look forward to revolving vintage pieces and barware, outdoor vodka garden, a tasting room and a cool indoor/outdoor bar. Hours of operation are: Fridays 4-8pm, Saturdays & Sundays 12-6pm. With the weather starting to cool off, you can bet this will be a destination spot to hang out in over the weekend.
